			In the journal, you'll find several missing pages next. It's probably some entries have been removed? Or was it just that the pages were damaged? Also, it looks like the numbering of the entries has gone a bit awry, with some having duplicate times and dates.

			Entry 3:
			It's kind of difficult to concentrate at times. There's just so much going on here! I'm trying to keep an eye on what happened with the potions, but I appear to have fallen into some sort of conspiracy. I'm doing my best to follow it, but it's not what I do anymore. By that, I mean... I mean it's not something that I understand, all this investigating and following up. I've followed up a few more things - perhaps now we've met the Duke (by way of inadvertantly dead sub-Mereton). This might open up a few doors, but I'm not too sure.
