Description
A ragged old man of average height and light build, usually seen in scruffy earthen coloured robes, contrasting to his unkept white hair and beard. Those that have observed Ballar the Mad from distance speak of a man that mumbles to himself before loudly making outlandish claims to nearby animals, yet when approached by fellow man can disapear without a trace in the blink of an eye
