The Concurrence is a foreign group of magical practitioners that operate outside of the mundane laws of the countries that they exist in; this has led to the persecution of most magical users in the Free Republic of Volfor and the hunting down of various wizards, wise women, and street artistes. Primarily based in The Frayll Wildlands, the faction has custody of The Library of Tundmatusse located near Dwardle.
