Targe Harriden lives in Dwardle and runs a shop called Targe on Watchman's Shame.
Appearance
A gruff looking dwarf, his long beard is adorned with silver rings and braided with care. His axe is engraved with runes that seem to catch and keep the light in odd ways, and his armour is well used but looks well repaired.
History
Targe seems to be a capable armoursmith and manages to carve out a living maintaining armour and weaponry in Dwardle. Based in the shadow of Dwardle's Bailey, he is within a stone's throw of the local guardhouses; most of his day to day work would be in the upkeep and creation of uniformed armour for the guards, who in the town eschew the work of The Amahi.
