A wizard that is tolerated by the townsfolk of Dwardle,Oani Sparo seems happy with his lot as the de facto diplomat for The Library of Tundmatusse.

Appearance

Oani is a spry older gentleman seen in the timeworn and threadbare sky blue robes of a member of The Concurrence. His remaining white hair is cropped short and gives the appearance of a monk, and his robe is tied with a braided rope of silver threads. He tends to be followed by a small white and brown rabbit which he names variously as "Ferish", "Dabble" or "Askin"
