The Obsca
The Obsca are a rarely seen co-operative of magical practitioners in Osuvanne. The central location of Blademarket in the north means that it is the most likely place to see the wizards, sorcerers and other members of this group in Volfor.
The Obsca is a secretive group of magical adept people that is scattered throughout Osuvanne. Membership is covert, and generally not advertised due to the changeable public opinion regarding magic users in the various countries of the land.
History
As the planes were sundered, and the divine white dragon Diato was banished to the land, the threads of magic that weave throughout the world were frayed beyond repair. Use of magic pulls on each of these damaged points of the world, with the potential to unravel the world still further. The Obsca variously investigate the world, its beginnings and the role of magic in all things - whether that is for the betterment of all, or for more selfish goals.
