Luna Redmore
A fresh-faced young Artificer of The Amahi on her first adventure.
Description
If you were to look up tinkerer in a dictionary, and you had the sort of dictionary with pictures, you'd see someone like Luna. A pencil tucked behind her right ear, an inquisitive look on her dirt-smudged face.
There's no place for complexities or frivolities in her appearance, with medium-length red hair tied back into a loose pony-tail to keep it out of the way. Dressed in an equally basic and practical way, she tends to wear trousers with simple coloured shirts, but she's rarely seen without her brown apron with various tools poking out of the numerous pockets.
A silver necklace around her neck has a charm that looks like a gear wheel and a similar symbol adorns a ring on the ring finger of her right hand.

Session 0
Can't believe old Tomanas sent me out to look at the well in the other workshop. Anyway, I get there and the winch is all good but there's no bucket, which is weird. I heard a sound in the street - it looks like some bird-man fell from a skyline. Clearly most have got one of the shoddy skyhooks they sell to tourists. He needed a stiff drink to help steady himself, so we wandered over to the Bellows. He had a fire whiskey and I had half an ale. I hope Tomanas isn't looking for me, I should have been back by now.
Session 1
That was an exciting night. I was just talking to my new friend, Zeed, when this young person came in looking for me. He'd been sent by Tomanas to find me, and was also looking for an apothecary, something to do with dodgy potions - not that any of our places would do that - the Guild would shut them down, or worse!
As we were talking, this elephant-man and a wounded human came in - apparently he'd been stabbed with a poison blade. We went off to find an apothecary to help heal him and as we went up the street, it looked like Potts's was on fire. There were also another 2 people around - one of them looked like a Tabaxi, a cat-person. Inside were some fire-sprites setting the place ablaze. I had a small flask of the acidic liquid on me for defense so I threw it at them, I think it hit one of them; and rushed back outside the burning building.
We heard a child and the wounded man seemed to teleport up to the window and managed to rescue him. The person with the Tabaxi then came out of the building holding a cute puppy. My new friend Zeed and I ran over to the workshop to see if we could get water from the well - I know there's no bucket, but it must be down there, they tend to float. I lowered Zeed down on the rope - he seemed to really want to go down there. He then attached the bucket to the rope and we started a bucket chain with the tenders and other people.
Sergeant Moreton turned up and seemed to think I had something to do with the fire but I'm not sure if he was joking! Apparently we're all to see the Mereton in the morning, hope we aren't in trouble. Moreton said to stay in the Bellows overnight; so I ran back and just let Tomanas know what happened, and then settled in for the evening to write this journal entry. What a crazy day!
