Fleur Deverre is an illusionist who was encountered in Blademarket. It is believed that she is a member of The Obsca. She is investigating reports that a group is actively antagonising elementals in the Free Republic of Volfor.

She seems to know Tomanas Elborin and has been seen with a hafling fighter at arms fighting against the Fire elemental that damaged the Guildhouse of The Amahi in Blademarket. She is allegedly a member of The Obsca.
